Sit down with our Wellness Staff to discuss your current exercise, nutrition, stress and more. We will meet with you to work through your current behaviors, plan your future goals, and determine how the Y can support and guide you along the way. This is a great first step if you are new to exercise, getting back on track, or an avid exerciser looking for a little more guidance and expertise!


G.O.A.L. (Gaining an Optimal Active Lifestyle) is a program designed to help you achieve the fitness levels you desire through a continually changing strength program. You will receive 1:1 attention from our Wellness Staff once every 4-6 weeks learning new machines, exercises, and proper techniques to get you to your end goal. Maximum of 8 appointments.

You've probably started down the road to better health before, but due to challenges were not able to reach your destination; not enough time, you didn't feel like you quite fit in, or you weren't motivated to keep going. If you are ready to take that first step again, we are here to help you with 12 weeks of guided support and encouragement!

  • FREE 15-minute assessment 
  • Assessments include but are not limited to aches, pains, injuries, joint problems, range of motion trouble, and more.
