Socialization is an important part of aging and as we get older, it is important to be active socially to stay healthy. Here at the Y we provide social activities for active older adults to come together for fellowship and fun.

Volunteers are vital to the Y. Without them, we would not be able to meet the needs of the kids, families and adults who live in our community.

When you join the Y, you’re committing to more than simply becoming healthier. You’re supporting the values and programs that strengthen your community. Explore options the Y has to offer, including benefits included in select Medicare Advantage or Supplement plans.
